I’m Jeannie, a passionate cake decorator with a sweet spot for fondant decorating and specialty treats. At 30 years old, I’ve been living my dream of making cakes and confections since I launched my business on December 1st, 2014. It’s been a whirlwind of flour, sugar, and creativity, and I’m thrilled to share my journey with you!
My journey into the world of cake decorating began with a simple fascination with beautiful cakes. I remember my first attempt at fondant decorating—let’s just say it was a bit of a mess, but the joy of creating something so visually stunning (even if it wasn’t perfect) hooked me immediately. Right then & there I started my business. I was contacted after posting this picture on Facebook and gained my very first paying customer! While running my business, I had no choice but to execute on the cake orders I received, which allowed me to learn on the way through trial & error. Even from my 1st ever fondant cake to my second, you can already see the improvement which only took patience and a lot of effort!
Specializing in fondant decorating and specialty treats, I love pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with sugar and creativity. From intricate cake designs that tell a story to delectable treats that make any occasion special, my goal is to create edible art that delights and inspires.

I have created a Kickstart Recipe Book for your convenience. This Recipe book is a collection of recipe must-haves if you are just starting your business. It contains simple ingredients and easy instructions to follow. For the most accurate and consistent results it is best to use a weight scale. Most of my recipes are measured by weight.
