Here is Everything you will need!
Ingredients:
16 ounces (450g) marshmallows
2-3 tablespoons water
2 pounds (about 8 cups or 900g) powdered sugar, sifted
Non-Stick spray for greasing
1. Spray bowl with non stick spray. I use Canola oil for all my baking needs because it works better than Pam or any other non stick, but anything will do for this recipe.
2. Add marshmallows and water
3. Melt over a double boiler or use a microwave safe bowl and microwave it 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until completely smooth and melted.
4. Sift the powdered sugar onto your work surface. Don’t skip this step or your fondant will be lumpy.
5. Create a well in the center and add melted marshmallows.
6. Begin incorporating the powdered sugar & marshmallows and knead until smooth. You may have excess powdered sugar left over, this is okay! Don't force it to absorb all the sugar. It is done when it is no longer sticky!
7. Spray the Saran Wrap with non stick spray & wrap fondant tightly. Let rest until completely cool or overnight. Knead once more before using. Keep at room Temperature for up to 2 weeks!
